Our client, is an international company and a leader in the engineering sector and services for the oil industry based in Funchal. The company is organized in three business units: Offshore, Onshore and Drilling with a strong propensity towards oil gas.

Ensures the availability of the purchased materials and relevant handling documentation at the established delivery point, in accordance with the order conditions and within the scheduled time limits.In this position he/she will have the following main responsibilities: ensures that the suppliers defines a supply preparation plan that have to cover all phases of the preparation cycle.


PROCURAMOS

A graduate level education in Portugal – at the level of High School;Professional experience in a administrative tasks in an international environment; Excellent Language Skill in English;Knowledge of Computers;Available for international relocation and/or travelling abroad;Strong personal abilities for organisation;Ability to communicate easily with different partners, along with the ability to work in a team and interested to build a professional carrier.
